My experience of attending the Road to Mastery 6-day workshop with Serious Scrum

Thanks to a wonderful journey we undertook with some fantastic like-minded people, I was able to explore and learn more about the application of Scrum knowledge and the Agile mindset.

In this article, I am going to share my experience during these 6 days. Special thanks to Sjoerd Nijland and @Evelien Roos for facilitating this workshop. They put a lot of effort into creating a 4D experience for all the attendees. The activities, the materials, and the props that were used; the ambiance, the way the environment was set up; and the aroma in the room they took care of minutiae details, which created a big impact. I was impressed with the way the activities were stitched together. We did a number of interesting activities that helped me expand my toolkit; some of them grabbed my attention and helped me level up my facilitation skills.

What we did during those six days was just the tip of the iceberg. We were playing in the shallow waters while getting trained to deep dive and explore the depths of agility and scrum. Those six days were just the start of the journey. We did many activities and were provided with numerous tools and techniques.
